A Longtime Fan Favorite, the BMW 3 Series is Poised to Tackle the Future
A legendary model from a legendary, luxury carmaker, the one and only BMW 3 Series has been building a loyal fan base of car enthusiasts for more than four decades. At Patrick BMW, where the BMW 3 Series has been one of our favorite models for years, we're excited that a whole new generation of this car is on its way for 2019, and we're counting down the days until we get to meet it in person.The upcoming, 2019 BMW 3 Series is pretty mysterious. Only a few tantalizing tidbits have come out about this car so far, and they have us anxiously awaiting more details. One thing is for sure, though, the new BMW 3 Series will still have a sporty, compact size, and it will still come in multiple, eye-catching styles, including the four-door sedan and the roomy wagon. The future BMW 3 Series also promises to deliver drivers plenty of signature BMW power and performance.
While we, along with the rest of the world, wait for our chance to finally meet the 2019 BMW 3 Series in person, we can hold you over until then with a few details about our currently-available, 2018 models.
Style & Design
The 2018 BMW 3 Series is a highly-customizable vehicle, giving Schaunburg drivers plenty of options for how they want their car to look and drive. There's a hatchback style BMW calls the Gran Turismo, a four-door wagon-style 3 Series, and a classic, sporty, sedan.
Comfort & Technology
As expected from a world-class BMW, the 2018 3 Series comes with all of the latest creature comforts and tech amenities you could want. Plus, there is a huge menu of available packages, which can be ordered and added onto most models, to make them work exactly the way you want them to.
Performance
In addition to the various, gas-powered engines and models mentioned here, BMW also has a couple of other options for the 3 Series, including a diesel powertrain and an innovative, fuel-sipping hybrid. We expect both of these engine options to also continue into the revised, 2019 BMW 3 Series, so stay tuned for more information on all available engines in the near future.
