A final inspection will be conducted approximately 60 days before your lease expires. An independent inspection company will reach out to schedule a convenient appointment to fairly evaluate your BMW's condition.

If your BMW has excess wear and use, you will receive an estimated repair cost shortly after your vehicle inspection. For a hassle-free experience, consider having repairs completed at Patrick BMW, where our certified technicians ensure all work meets BMW's standards.

To update your lease maturity billing, you must forward repair receipts to BMW Financial Services. Alternatively, you can return your vehicle as-is and settle any outstanding charges at lease-end.
